EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

This Extra Virgin olive oil from Umbria, Italy, is processed using a cold drip method rather than being squeezed to ensure an exceptional oil every time.

 

It is a medium bodied oil with a fruity taste and slight peppery after-taste and has an acidity less of 0.8%. 

 

 

 

 

SUNFLOWER OIL BLEND

WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Sunflower oil is high in essential vitamin E and low in saturated fat. It is also known for having a clean taste and low levels of trans-fat. Restaurants and food manufacturers are becoming increasingly aware of the health benefits of sunflower oil.

 

This oil can be used with extremely high cooking temperatures. It also helps food stay fresher for longer periods of time. Food manufacturers are starting to use sunflower oil in an effort to lower the levels of trans-fat in mass produced foods.

 

 

OLIVE POMACE OIL

100% ITALIAN

Pomace oil is oil derived from processing of the core and kernel of the olive. The olive pomace oil is light, easily digestible and suitable for cooking or frying. It has an olive, green-brown color, it is odor free and its taste is lightly sweet. It has a maximum acidity of 1% and is resistant to high frying temperatures (compared with vegetable oils) and can be used safely in seriatim frying. It also has high levels of monounsaturated oil which help to reduce gastric fluid and to facilitate digestion.
