FOOD PAIRING Tuscan cured meats and crostini, pasta with meat sauce, chianina T-bone steak, meat and game stews, seasoned Fossa Pecorino cheese cantal cheese

PALATE  The delicate and fruity aromas of Sangiovese piccolo blend beautifully with the more spice and austere notes of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Plum and red fruit prevail in this stunning red.

FOOD PAIRING Tuscan cured meats and crostini, tagliatelle with meat sauce, grilled beef and pork cuts, Sardinian Pecorino cheese
